Our Mission

Ferrite Capital is a search fund looking to acquire and operate a scalable platform company with the objective of growing it for the long term.

What's in it for the Seller?

  • Transition the ownership over a 6-month period and retire.
  • Monetize your equity.
  • Preserve your company’s legacy by enabling Ferrite Capital to serve your customers, your employees, and your community.

Acquisition Profile:

  • Businesses operating in the business services industry (water treatment, corrosion control, metal fabrication).
  • Cash flow around $400K.
  • Low customer concentration.
  • Located in California.

Our Approach:

1. Introductory Call / Meeting

Let’s get in touch so that we can chat about the possibility of a transaction. I’m also looking forward to getting to know the entrepreneur behind the business.

(15-30 Minutes)

2. Sign NDA and Review CIM

This step involves reviewing the financial statements of your business to provide you with a preliminary valuation.

(1 Week)

3. Letter of Intent

If we are both still enthusiastic about the transaction, Ferrite Capital will submit a letter of intent outlining the key deal terms in addition to requesting exclusivity for a limited time.  As the seller, you will have the opportunity to accept, negotiate, or decline to pursue the transaction further.

(1 Week)

4. Due Diligence and Closing

If we come to an agreement on the letter of intent, Ferrite Capital will perform due diligence (legal and accounting), finalize lending terms, and draft a purchase agreement.

(90 Days)
